I want to steal
the warmth within your eyes
and paint it all over the world.
I want to catch
the passion that streams from your lips
and breathe it in my lungs.
I want to borrow
the fire in your heart
and winter will never return.
I want to carve
the beauty of your bones
and display it for all to see.
I want to memorize
every inch of your essence
and spread it through the seas.
And the world,
will never be the same again.

the first of november.
The first of november (these winters are ours).
well, tonight i heard you speak of the chill in the air, and how it doesn't suit you well. I can feel it in the way that you pause and say, "it's getting cold." darling, it has me thinking that we must use these bodies for fire, because the sun is failing us now. and if that doesn't suffice, maybe we could just lay here and let our bones ache together, synchronized in their source of ice. maybe the company alone would make them feel better. you could always do that for me, you know. and if our hearts are struggling then they can struggle side by side. ours have always been unique, i know you mu

Doubted the Dosage
I'm pretty sure I took double the medication I was supposed to,
considering I'm still Inattentive and my Heart is still Racing.
Does this mean I'll get better twice as fast?
Does this mean I won't have to last?
Every prick of your needle digs a little deeper:
into my sanity.
Are you trying to rid me (or have you already rid me) of humanity?
And now I'm pretty sure I took double the medication I was supposed to,
considering the Room is Spinning and that I can't stop Blinking or Spitting.
Did you tell me everything was going to be okay?
Did you tell me that I just need to m
Your fingertips were like paper-cuts
(Small and dirty and painful)
And I'm choking on your
Vitamin pills and swallowing the sky
Because it's so much easier than
Opening my eyes and crawling
Out of this ship-wreck of a bed.
Your heart was like a star,
Like a comet p l u m m e t i n g
Down down down down down
Faster than our fusion faster than this
White-washed back-round faster
Than your whimpers faster than my words faster
Than these tears (you're a meteorite tied
To my sea-weed anorexic foot and
I am going to drown.)
I wouldn't give up
The sand or the seeds or the suicide
Cases, not for you and not for anyone
